snack - 1 slice of pumpernickel/rye swirl w/ 2 slices of uncured organic ham. about 8 grapes

Dinner - 3/4C of homemade chili made with 93/7 ground beef, black beans, onions & tomato sauce. 2 roasted Brussels sprouts & 10 grapes.

snack - 1 zone bar. 1 hard sourdough pretzel

Lunch - 1 turkey drumstick, 1/2 sweet potato

Breakfast - 1/2C of Kashi and 1/4C of 1% milk. 1 hardboiled egg. Coffee w/creamer

Lunch - 8 oz bag of dole field greens salad with 4 oz of pork tenderloin.

Breakfast - coffee with cream, 5 strips of turkey bacon and 2 tangerines.

Real strong craving for protein today.

foods eaten between dinner and bed. in no particular order and not at the same time.... 1 hard boiled egg. 3 tsp of ricotta cheese. 1 banana. 3 almonds.

Dinner - 4 oz of pork loin. 8 oil cured olives.

After WOD - 1 scoop of protein powder 25 g. 1 hard boiled egg

Snack - 1 hard boiled egg and strawberries

Lunch - 1/2 slice of rye bread with 2 thin slices of alpine lace muenster cheese. Deer jerky & strawberries.

Snack - banana and deer jerky

Breakfast - coffee with cream. 2 scoops of protein powder 50 g.

Dinner - monthly all you can eat crab legs with the girls (ain't even going to Try and justify this one)

2nd snack (long day) - 1C of raspberries with 1/2C of ricotta cheese and 6 almonds

Snack - 3 tsp of almond butter & raspberry polner all fruit mix + 12 cherries

Lunch - 4 oz pork loin & 1/2 box of brussel sprouts in butter sauce.

Breakfast - 2/3C of steel cut oats with blueberries and cream. 3 slice of turkey bacon. 2 danish butter cookies.

Evening snack - crab and shrimp dip with garlic toast shared with Brook & Jessica.

Going to a baby shower today. Will try not to snack too much.
at Shower - 4 oz of pork loin. 1 oz of beef. 1 C of mixed salad with a little ranch dressing. 1 small dinner roll with butter. 1 thin slice of chocolate chip pound cake. 1/2 thin slice of Jewish apple cake. 1 chocolate covered strawberry.

Breakfast: 2 eggs fried in coconut oil. 1 thin slice of homemade rye bread toasted with butter. Coffee w/cream.

7:30 - Tangeriine & coffee
10:00 - Veggie egg white flatbread
10:30 - 1/2 can of coke
11:30 - yum yum cream donut
1:30 - 1 slice of plain pizza
4:00 - 6oz chobani yogurt
7:00 - broiled flounder stuffed with crab imperial (ate half). a few spoonfuls of peas and carrots, half my small salad w/blue cheese dressing
10:30 - the rest of my salad & 2 thin slices of alpine lace muenster

3 Tbs of hot air popped corn 1 Tbs of whipped butter melted with garlic salt. (200 calories). 2 Tbs of ricotta cheese before bed.

1/2 bottle or isopure = 20g of protein

Snacked throughout the day from 10:30 - 4:30: 1 zone bar, 15 olives, raw broccolli w/ yogurt dressing, 1 and 1/2 tangerined, 1 thin slice of alpine lace muenster cheese, handful of cashews.

Breakfast: 2 egg omellett with swiss cheese and 2/3C of steel cut oats w/ blueberries. 3 cashews.

Dinner: 2 eggs fried in coconut oil

after gym: 1 zone bar

Lunch: 3 oz turkey breast fillet w/ 1Tbs of bourbon bayou glaze. 1 bottle of vita/coco w/ tangerine

Snack: cahews, blackberries, raw broccolli/cauliflower/suger snap peas dipped in yogurt dressing. 2 oz of fresh mozzarella. (not eaten all at one time.)

Breakfast: 2/3 C of steel cut oats with blueberries and light cream. 2 turkey sausage patties.

All the bad choices cost me 1 lbs today. probably water but not good just the same. Good Kitty will be in control tomorrow.

picked through out the day. cashews, 1 tsp almond butter. olives.

Dinner: peas and carrots with butter.

Lunch: 4 oz turkey breast fillet. 1 romaine heart, 1 green pepper, marinated olives and yogurt honey mustard dressing.

BAD KITTY IS OUT OF CONTROL TODAY!!! I just ate a soft pretzel. Maybe I will just have an eating day and get it out of my system. Too much stress at work. Must placate with carbs.

Bad Kitty ate a french crueller. Followed it with 2 oz of mozarella, 6 cashews and raspberries to try and keep it somewhat in the Zone.

Breakfast: 2 egss with fried onions, thin slice of alpine lace swiss & 2 strips of bacon in a low-carb wheel wrap. coffee with cream.

12:30 - I caved and ate a cookie. It had jumbo raisins and was a small snowball cookie. (counts as a fruit, right?)

3:00 - 3 oz pork loin. 1C of roasted sweet potato

7:00 - 3 oz pork loin. 1C of sweet potato

Dinner: 1 C of dreamfields low-carb penne pasta (only 5 grams of digestible carbs) with 2 Tbs of tomato sauce, 1 oz of low fat mozzarella, 1 oz of ricotta & 1 oz of pork loin.

Snack: 6 oz Blueberry Chobani yogurt. 6 almonds.

Lunch: 3 oz of pork loin. 1 1/2C of steamed brocolli, cauliflower & carrot mix w/ 1 tsp of garlic butter. 6 almonds.

Bad Kitty just ate a chocolate truffle. Good Kitty is now fighting for control.
Lunch: 4 oz of ground beef with sauteed onion and peppers and 2Tb of encillada sauce in low carb wrap.
Breakfast: 3 strips of bacon. 2/3C of steel cut oats w/ strawberries. 2Tbs of protein powder.

Dinner: 3 eggs scrambled with 1C of sauted onion & green peppers, in a low carb wrap. 1/2 Bottle of coconut/tangerine water.
Snack: 2oz of ricotta cheese. 1/2C of blueberries. 1/2 Bottle of coconut/tangerine water.
Lunch: 3oz or pork loin. 1 Small sweet potatoe. 3 Pecan halves.
Breakfast: 2/3C of steel cut oats w/ 1C of blueberries. 3 Strips of bacon and 2oz of muenster cheese. 2Tb of heavy cream in coffee.
