Tuesday, 1-31-2012

Calorie Drinks throughout the day: 3 Cups of coffee with flavored creamer
Dinner: loin center cut pork chop fried in almond meal and coconut oil. 1/2 sticky bun
Snack: Jalepeno jack cheese, strawberries and almonds
Lunch: 1 Cup of chili with the knot of a soft petzel in it.
Breakfast: 3 hard boiled eggs with mayo. 2/3 C of steel cut oats.
