Friday, 4-1-2011

Time to get back on track!!!! breakfast - 1C of steel cut oats with 2/3C of blueberries, 2 turkey sausage patties and handful of pumpkin seeds. Snack - 8oz of isopure smoothie. Dinner - 4oz Hamburger (pre-cooked weight) with fried onions and peppers, 4" organic whole wheat pancake (40 cal and 8.5 carb) 1tsp pf butter, 1/2 tsp of lite syrup. Snack - 1 tsp of almond butter mixed with 1 tbs of peach butter, 2 cups of popcorn and 2 oz of beef jerky.
