Thursday, 4-14-2011

Breakfast - 2 soft boiled eggs with 1tsp of butter. 1 slice of raisin bread with 1 tsp of butter...
Snack - 2 oz of muenster cheese, 1 cucumber with olive oil and vinegar and 5 brazil nuts...
Lunch - 4 oz hamburger patty smothered in 1 1/2 C of fried onion and peppers and roasted green beans...
Snack - 1 bottle of isopure smoothie
Dinner - 2 oz of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 C blackberries, 1 C corn with butter...
