Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled and 2 turkey sausage links..
Lunch - 3 oz chicken breast with 1/2 oz of cheese, 1 tbs of tomato sauce and 1/2 slice of bread...
snack - 1/4 corn muffin..
Snack - 3/4 corn muffin...
Dinner - 2 egg and 1 oz muenster cheese roasted brussel sprout omellette. almond butter and raspberry all fruit.
Snack - 1/2C of Homemade Italian Wedding soup..
