Monday, 4-4-2011

Breakfast - 3 oz chuck roast, banana, coffee w/creamer.
Snack - 2 oz of beef jerky and a couple handfuls of pumpkin seeds.
Snack - 1 Tbl of almond butter with 1 Tbl of apple butter.
Snack - (pre wod) 1 oz baked chicken.
Snack - (post wod) 1zone bar.
Dinner - 3oz of chuck roast and a 14.5oz can of low sodium green beans. decaf w/creamer.
