Breakfast - 1 chicken/apple sausage, banana and 5 brazil nuts.
Lunch - 1 cupcake and 2 oz of chicken breast.
Snack - 2oz of chicken breast
Dinner - 3 oz of chuck roast. 1/2C of raisin bran with 1/2 C of milk.
Snack - 4 C of popped corn and 1 tbs of almond butter and 1 tbs of apple butter.
