Breakfast - turkey sausage, egg and cheese on whole grain muffing. 1 oz of buffalo jerkey.
Snack - 2 oz of buffalo jerkey
Snack - 1/2C of ricotta cheese, 2/3C of blueberries, 3 brazil nuts.
Snack - (yes another one) 1 soft pretzel. I have no self control. lol
Snack - OMG! another soft pretzel. 2 oz of beef jerkey
Lunch - small bag of raisinettes
Dinner - 5oz of sirloin steak. 1C of succotash.
