Breakfast - 2 eggs and banana. snacks - 12 cocktail shrimp, 1 1/2 paleo cupcakes and 1 meatball. Dinner - Chicken apple sausage, wild rice and spinach cooked in low sodium chicken broth and melted mozzarella cheese on it. snack - 1/2C of raisin bran, 1/4C of milk and cheese.
