..Snack - 1/2 C of kashi with 1/4 C of milk and a 3/4 C of milk..
..dinner - 8 oz of turkey salad...
..another snack - zone bar..
..another snack - banana and pumpkin seeds. snacked on pumpkin seeds all day..
...snack - 2 oz of turkey salad and 1 slice of thin rye bread..
..lunch - 2 oz of turkey salad and 1 slice of thin rye bread..
..Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled with fried onions and 3 slices of no nitrate organic bacon..
