Tuesday, 2-1-2011

19:30 1 turkey drumstick and roasted Brussels sprouts. decaf w/creamer

17:30  a couple handfuls of pistachios

15:30 handful of grapes and 1 oz of string cheese

13:15  4 slices of uncured ham (140 cal), 2 slices of rye/pumpernickel swirl bread (160 cal), 1 Tbs of olive oil mayo (50 cal). 3 zone blocks & 350 calories.

10:00  1oz of string cheese, 1 vita/coco pineapple, 15 pistachios

7:30 - 3 turkey sausage links and 1 hard boiled egg. coffee w/creamer
