..dinner - 3 oz of pork roast...
..snack - pistachios..
..Lunch - Shrimp ring and pumpkin seeds..
..Snack - 1/2 C of ricotta cheese with raspberries...
..Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled with onions and 3 strips of no nitrate organic bacon..
