snack - a couple teaspoons full of chili
Dinner - grilled cheese made with 2 slices of pumpernickel/rye bread an 3 oz of alpine lace swiss cheese
Snack - 1/2 C of ricotta cheese with 1 C of raspberries. Pistachios & pecans
Lunch - 4 turkey meatballs and 1 sweet potato
Breakfast - zone bar and pistachios
