Dinner - 3/4C of homemade chili made with 93/7 ground beef, black beans, onions & tomato sauce. 2 roasted Brussels sprouts & 10 grapes.
snack - 1 zone bar. 1 hard sourdough pretzel
Lunch - 1 turkey drumstick, 1/2 sweet potato
Breakfast - 1/2C of Kashi and 1/4C of 1% milk. 1 hardboiled egg. Coffee w/creamer
