Snack: a few olives. a few cashews. and a few raspberries.
Dinner: one slice of tiramisu (weakness. my favorite dessert)
Snack: .48 oz of prepared chicken salad.
Lunch: 7 medium size cold shrimp. 1/2 banana. 6 whole unsalted cashews
Breakfast: 2 eggs with fried onions & thin slice of alpine lace swiss cheese. 2 strips of bacon. 1/2 banana 2 cups of coffee with cream.
