Wednesday, 1-19-2011

snack: 3 oz of pork with 1/2 tbs of duck sauce. 10 marinated olives. 3 blackberries

Dinner: 2 eggs fried in coconut oil

after gym: 1 zone bar

Lunch: 3 oz turkey breast fillet w/ 1Tbs of bourbon bayou glaze. 1 bottle of vita/coco w/ tangerine

Snack: cahews, blackberries, raw broccolli/cauliflower/suger snap peas dipped in yogurt dressing. 2 oz of fresh mozzarella. (not eaten all at one time.)

Breakfast: 2/3 C of steel cut oats with blueberries and light cream. 2 turkey sausage patties.
