Lunch, Snack and dinner

Lunch: 5 oz of cold peeled shrimp. 1C of steamed brocolli/cauliflower/carrot mix with 1 teaspoon of meleted garlic butter.

Snack: 1/4 C or  ricotta cheese. 1 C of fresh pineapple.

Dinner: Strawberry Chobani Yogurt. Cream in decaf.
