Fiday, 1-14-2011

Breakfast: 2 egss w/sauteed onions & 1 oz of lowfat muenster cheese. blueberries. Coffee with cream & almond milk.

Snack: the knot of a soft pretzel. 2 Turkey sausage patties. cherries & strawberries.

Lunch: 2/3C cooked low-carb pasta with 1tbs of sauce. 2 turkey sausage patties
