10 pistacios, decaf w/creamer
1 cupcake
8 mild wings
1 slice plain pizza
1 small sweet potato. coffee w/creamer

    Stay strong on the nutrition, I know it is difficult but you are stronger than the cravings. When the sweets just look to good, grab some fruit, and if its the salty carbs roast up a whole bunch of veggies with EVOO and some sea salt and pepper. Keep temptation at bay by east small meals throughout the day. And use the Balance bar or Zone Bar as your safty net. Your good work will shine!

  2. Thank you Shawn. I need a boost of encouragement now and then. I found my carbohydrate trigger is exhaustion. I need to learn to say no and get some rest.
