Lunch: 4 oz of turkey breast. 1 C of cooked spinach. almonds
Snack: 1/2C of ricotta cheese. 1C of blackberries & strawberries. almonds
Breakfast: 3 strips of turkey bacon. 1C of milk blended with blueberries and strawberries.
