Late dinner - 4 oz organic hamburger patty, 3 cherries, 6 unsalted pecan halves. cup of decaf w/cream.
Snack - 2 oz part skim mozzarella & 6 almonds
Snack - 1/2 small slice of plain pizza. Vita/coco pineapple.
Lunch - 8 oz bag of dole field greens salad with 4 oz of pork tenderloin.
Breakfast - coffee with cream, 5 strips of turkey bacon and 2 tangerines.
