Tuesday, 1-11-2011

Snack: 2 small turkey meatballs

Dinner: 1 C of dreamfields low-carb penne pasta (only 5 grams of digestible carbs) with 2 Tbs of tomato sauce, 1 oz of low fat mozzarella, 1 oz of ricotta & 1 oz of pork loin.

Snack: 6 oz Blueberry Chobani yogurt. 6 almonds.

Lunch: 3 oz of pork loin. 1 1/2C of steamed brocolli, cauliflower & carrot mix w/ 1 tsp of garlic butter. 6 almonds.

Breakfast: 2 oz of pork loin. 1 hard boiled egg. 1 banana. 6 almonds
