All the bad choices cost me 1 lbs today. probably water but not good just the same. Good Kitty will be in control tomorrow.
picked through out the day. cashews, 1 tsp almond butter. olives.
Dinner: peas and carrots with butter.
Lunch: 4 oz turkey breast fillet. 1 romaine heart, 1 green pepper, marinated olives and yogurt honey mustard dressing.
BAD KITTY IS OUT OF CONTROL TODAY!!! I just ate a soft pretzel. Maybe I will just have an eating day and get it out of my system. Too much stress at work. Must placate with carbs.
Bad Kitty ate a french crueller. Followed it with 2 oz of mozarella, 6 cashews and raspberries to try and keep it somewhat in the Zone.
Breakfast: 2 egss with fried onions, thin slice of alpine lace swiss & 2 strips of bacon in a low-carb wheel wrap. coffee with cream.
