Dinner - monthly all you can eat crab legs with the girls (ain't even going to Try and justify this one)
2nd snack (long day) - 1C of raspberries with 1/2C of ricotta cheese and 6 almonds
Snack - 3 tsp of almond butter & raspberry polner all fruit mix + 12 cherries
Lunch - 4 oz pork loin & 1/2 box of brussel sprouts in butter sauce.
Breakfast - 2/3C of steel cut oats with blueberries and cream. 3 slice of turkey bacon. 2 danish butter cookies.
