Dinner: 4 oz of turkey breast. 1C of cooked spinach. (was 5 cups fresh, I guess I killed it)
Snack: 12 almonds
Lunch: 5 oz of cold peeled shrimp. 1 whole bottle of vita/coco.
Breakfast: omelette [2 eggs, 2 slice turkey bacon, 1 thin slice low fat muenster cheese, 1 whole sauteed onion, 1Tb of green salsa] 8 oz orange juice. Cream in coffee.
