Snacked throughout the day from 10:30 - 4:30: 1 zone bar, 15 olives, raw broccolli w/ yogurt dressing, 1 and 1/2 tangerined, 1 thin slice of alpine lace muenster cheese, handful of cashews.
Breakfast: 2 egg omellett with swiss cheese and 2/3C of steel cut oats w/ blueberries. 3 cashews.
