Breakfast: Ricotta cheese w/ raspberries and blackberries

12:00 - 1 small shrimp ring. about 10 oz

1:30 - banana & 9 almonds

3:00 - 5 cherries

4:30 - Zone bar

6:30 - 3.5 oz hamburger patty. 1C of rutabaga.

snack - cherries & strawberries
