Real strong craving for protein today.
foods eaten between dinner and bed. in no particular order and not at the same time.... 1 hard boiled egg. 3 tsp of ricotta cheese. 1 banana. 3 almonds.
Dinner - 4 oz of pork loin. 8 oil cured olives.
After WOD - 1 scoop of protein powder 25 g. 1 hard boiled egg
Snack - 1 hard boiled egg and strawberries
Lunch - 1/2 slice of rye bread with 2 thin slices of alpine lace muenster cheese. Deer jerky & strawberries.
Snack - banana and deer jerky
Breakfast - coffee with cream. 2 scoops of protein powder 50 g.
