Monday, 3-20-2011

Snack - mixture of almond butter and peach butter.
Dinner - flank steak rolled with grilled eggplant, fresh dill, fresh spinach and fresh parsley, roasted broccolli and cauliflower, strawberries.
.isopure protein smoothie.
Lunch and snacks - 1 turkey drumstick, more cashews and pumpkin seeds, strawberries.
Breakfast - 3 oz of turkey thigh meat, 1 banana, cashews and pumpkin seeds.
