Monday, 3-7-2011

..dinner - 5oz of king crab meat w/butter..
..snack - 2 tbls of homemade chili.
..Lunch - 1C of peas and 4 turkey meatballs..
..snack - zone bar..
breakfast - smoothie: 1/2C of organic greek yogurt, 1 banana and 1 scoop of dutch chocolate protein powder..
