..Dinner - 8 oz of isopure protein smoothie.
Snack - 1/2 scoop of protein powder in water..
Lunch - 8oz of 1% milk...
...sipped on 12 oz water/12 oz orange juice mixture all day at work...
Breakfast - 1scoop protein powder in water..
