..eating up on fat Tuesday before Lent commitments..
...snack - roasted potatoes..
...dinner - 8oz rib eye and 1/2 rack of ribs, sweet potato...
...snack - 1 pop tart...
...lunch - 1 slice of plain pizza...
...breakfast - 3 egg omellette and 2 fastnachts
