Thursday, 3-3-2011

1/2C of Kashi and 1/4C of milk.
1 scoop of protein powder. 1/3C of steel cut oats.
1 zone bar.
1 doughnut..
5 oz of london broil and 2 C of asparagus spears.
2/3C of steel cut oats with 1C of blueberries and 3 strips of no nitrate bacon.
