Wednesday, 3-23-2011

/Snack - 1 tbs of almond butter & 1 tbs of peach butter mixed.
/dinner - beef jerkey, 1 oz of pork chop, strawberries and grapes, decaf with flavored creamer
/Snack - zone bar
/Snack - 2 oz pork chop, strawberries and grapes, 5 jelly beans.
/Lunch - 3 oz of pork chop, 1 1/2 raw green pepper, 2 stalks of celery.
/Breakfast - 2 oz of pork chop, 1/2C of raisin bran with 1/4C of milk
