Tuesday, 3-22-2011

snacks - 15 jelly beans
Dinner - baked pork chops, small amount of stuffing on top. Strawberries.
Snacks - grapes, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts (throughout the day)
Lunch - Turkey drumstick, almond meal covered eggplant fried in grapeseed oil. vita/coco tangerine
Breakfast - Turkey thigh, banana, brazil nuts
